SHIPPING POLICY
Overview
We partner with trusted third-party fulfillment providers — including Lulu Direct, Printify, Zendrop, and Shopify Collective suppliers — to produce and ship our products. Because of this, shipping times and carriers may vary depending on the product ordered.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days. Print-on-demand items (books, apparel, and custom merchandise) may require additional production time before shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Estimated delivery times after fulfillment are:
- United States: 3–7 business days (Standard), 1–3 business days (Express)
- Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days
- International: 7–21 business days depending on destination
Please note these are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high demand periods.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains products from multiple fulfillment partners, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
International Shipping
We ship to many countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at theresa.davis@empoweredbytheresa.org within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at theresa.davis@empoweredbytheresa.org — we will do our best to correct it before the order is fulfilled.
